We are the Florida Sons/Suns Volleyball Club, a non-profit 501 c 3 youth organization with over 200 boys and girls who are committed to representing South Florida by competing in Florida events and out of state tournaments including Puerto Rico.

We would like to build a win-win relationship with you by directly advertising and encouraging your services to all of our club members, their families and friends. The program is very simple and your financial tax deductible contribution is greatly needed and appreciated by the player you will be helping and our entire organization.

For $100.00 you will get:

  1. Your business logo added to our Club Banner that travels with the club from tournament to tournament, with access to hundreds of Florida residences. This banner will be posted wherever and whenever possible to show our appreciation to our sponsors.
  2. The second advantage to your business is that we will post your logo and/or a link to your web-site on our web-site under our sponsor’s page where our families can readily find you when looking for businesses and services.

Your contribution will go directly into the account of the player that is soliciting your financial assistance.

Step Two - Make the Payment - You can either mail your payment to FSVBC, c/o James McHugh, 2492 SW 57th Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33023 or click on the PayPal link to make the payment on the following Thank You Page (that will appear after this form is submitted) or click on this PayPal link if you already submitted or handed in the form (there will be a $3.30 convenience fee for using Paypal)

Step Three - E-mail your images - Send your Business Card and Business Logo to Jim Admin@fsvbc.org (also on the Thank You page)
