Registration/Commitment Process

Rising Sons/Suns Volleyball Academy

We have put together a program to help the younger and inexperienced age players, to begin to learn and enjoy this lifelong sport. We feel that with younger and the inexperience players , we can begin to teach them the proper skill, and techniques that will better their chances of become good solid all around players, whether it is just for recreational purposes, or for competitive travel teams.

We started the Rising Sons/Suns Academy (RSA) during the 2010 season with great success. We found there were many potential players that love the sport, but were to shy or embarrassed to participate with the more advanced players. Putting them into environments with players of similar abilities, no matter the age, help them excel in their ability to pick up specific techniques and build confidence in themselves.

The RSA is a great place to start a player that has no experience and by the end of the travel year or in some cases during the travel year, is ready to join one of our travel teams.

The ultimate goal of the RSA is to give a player the tools and instruction they need to become the best that they can.
