Girls Club Indoor Season 2022/2023

Our Girls travel indoor season begins in November and culminates the last weeks in May, or June depending on the team. This year, based upon the success of our teams, we hope to have many of our teams participate in the AAU Nationals which are held in early June. Additionally, AAU Nationals is a great way to prepare teams for the USAV Junior Olympics. It is the goal of FSVBC to bring our girl players and teams playing levels to the point of qualifying and/or competing in National events.

 

 

We are working very hard on earning the respect from our competitors with our commitment and respect for the game and to each other. These are the traits and values we treasure and instill as a club --- Honour, Loyalty, and Respect.

 

 

All players for all age divisions must attend our tryouts. Moving players to another age division will be at the discretion of the club director.

 

 

For those player that are not sure about committing to a travel schedule or may not feel comfortable competing at that level at that time, but would still like to work on their game, we have developed the The Academy. This Academy is designed so players can continue to work on their skills and playing abilities under the guidance of one of our professional coaches who will work with them on a weekly basis to help them achieve their playing potential.

Our 2022/2023 Girls Club Season Tryout Schedule is as follows:

U12-U14 (includes U10 & U11)
Saturday, July 23rd - ONE DAY ONLY
Arrival and Check in: 1:00pm
Tryout: 1:30pm - 3:00pm

U15 & U16
Saturday, July 23rd - ONE DAY ONLY
Arrival and Check in: 2:30pm
Tryout: 3:00pm - 4:30pm


U17 & U18
Saturday, July 23rd - ONE DAY ONLY
Arrival and Check in: 4:00pm
Tryout: 4:30pm - 6:00pm


The following items are required to tryout:

Copy of Player's Birth Certificate, Passport or Driver's License (for date of birth confirmation)

*FSVBC has always had a policy of ongoing and open tryouts. This allows new players to our area, and players that have never played club before to continually tryout for their age divisions throughout the year. As long as there is placement available, they can earn a spot. We want to encourage the participation of as many interested prospective athletes as possible to help promote and grow boys' volleyball in South Florida. We would ask that any interested players contact us for an appointment at www.fsvbc.org or

954-989-3684 to make sure everything is in order for their tryout.
